I LOVE Etsy. I recently placed an order with this seller and was so happy with the outcome I NEEDED to comment on this page somewhere! I requested a custom piece. I am a Miami Dolphin’s fan and REALLY wanted a nice, fun, feminine bracelet using the Dolphin’s colors. She came back with multiple options; all of which were gorgeous! I fell in love with one specific bracelet and placed my order. I also ordered a couple of chains and some other bead sets to start my collection. When I received my order 2 days later, I was EVEN more excited than I thought I was going to be. It was even prettier in person. The package was secured with bubble wrap, and each set was packaged individually. I had a personal thank you note written on the invoice and everything was put in a small fabric bag so I could keep it organized even after it was unpacked. My employees and coworkers were so impressed with the jewelry, we are placing another order for 5-6 more custom pieces. (and they are even more excited than I was!) Thanks again, and I look forward to doing more business with such a talented and friendly artist.
